The "CFP" is a highly regarded Board of Standards designation issued upon fulfillment of specific work experience, extensive education, and rigorous testing requirements in the areas of investment, tax, retirement, protection, and estate planning.
California State license to facilitate residential property sales. Work closely with clients to identify and purchase land, income properties, and homes. Perform market comparisons, cost analysis, research legal issues, review contracts and ensure adherence, troubleshoot various issues.
